The Falcons announced on Thursday that they have waived safety Zeke Motta.
Motta was a seventh-round selection in the 2013 NFL draft out of Notre Dame. He missed the entire 2014 season due to a serious neck injury. In 2013, in 10 games, he recorded 16 tackles and one pass deflection.
