The Giants have placed running back Peyton Hillis on the season-ending injured reserve list because of a concussion, his second in as many seasons, per Adam Schefter of ESPN on Saturday. Hillis finishes the season with 26 carries for 115 yards in nine games. He has appeared in only 16 games the past two seasons.

He is expected to undergo a second MRI on Monday, according to Josina Anderson of ESPN.

"They told me because since this was my third concussion, they didn't want to take it too lightly. So, we are suppose to take another MRI on Monday to make sure that everything is still working fine because I'm still having symptoms right now."
