Miller (Achilles) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida-Times Union reports.
The news shouldn't come as a surprise, as the defensive tackle was told he would miss the remainder of the season after tearing his Achilles tendon in Sunday's loss to the Raiders. The team promoted Richard Ash from the practice squad to fill Miller's roster spot.
