The Titans made a slew of roster moves Tuesday. The Titans placed quarterback Jake Locker (foot) on injured reserve and waived offensive lineman Pat McQuistan.
The Titans signed wide receiver Devon Wylie and center Kevin Matthews to the active roster, while re-signing Brandon Copeland to the practice squad.
