The Jets selected Peake in the seventh round of the 2016 NFL Draft, 241st overall.
Peake is a former top recruit who has good size and athleticism, but he dealt with a lot of injuries at Clemson and struggled to earn targets his whole career. If not for lead wideout Mike Williams getting hurt and freshman Deon Cain's various disciplinary issues, Peake might have been as low as fourth on the Clemson depth chart for all of 2015.
