Hill (groin) was waived from the Seahawks' IR on Saturday, Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times reports.
Hill had been on IR since prior to the regular season and he's now eligible to be signed by any NFL team. He's a talented inside pass rusher when healthy, which has proven to be an issue to this point in his career. It's unclear if he's healthy enough to play this season, if so another team may look to give him a chance.
