Pettigrew has already missed a combined five games this season due to hamstring and knee concerns, but his upper body is now the issue for the veteran tight end. If he ends his absence at two games Sunday against the Chiefs in London, he's unlikely to be a factor in the passing attack, as the Lions' top pass-catchers are healthy at the moment.
