Riddick (undisclosed) didn't practice Wednesday, the Detroit Free Press reports.
Prior to racking up only 17 yards from scrimmage Sunday in New Orleans, Riddick averaged 87.5 such yards per game in four outings since missing two due to an ankle sprain. However, he made up for the dour production, yardage-wise, with a one-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter. Perhaps his ankle concern has become so bothersome that he must focus on rehabilitation rather than practice, but the imminent posting of the injury report will clarify the reason for his lack of work Wednesday.
