Hall (knee) remains without a specific target date for a return to full activities, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

Redskins coach Jay Gruden said Hall may need to start the season on the PUP list while he continues to recover from a torn ACL, which he suffered in Week 3 of last season. The team added insurance at safety in case Hall doesn't work out, signing D.J. Swearinger and moving Su'a Cravens to the position. Getting back to full health will be priority No. 1 for Hall, but the 33-year-old still needs to prove he can play at a high level upon his eventual return.
