Redskins' Jordan Reed: Not practicing Monday

Reed (shoulder) is not participating in Monday's practice, but he's considered day-to-day going forward, ESPN's John Keim reports.

Reed suffered a Grade 3 AC joint separation during last Thursday's loss to the Cowboys, making his status uncertain for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Jake Kring-Schreifels of Redskins.com reports. Although he impressively caught two touchdowns after sustaining the injury last week, Reed's upcoming involvement will hinge on his range of motion and ability to tolerate any further discomfort. Given his day-to-day tag, Reed's return to action at least seems possible soon, but given his importance to the Redskins, they'll certain want to avoid risking further damage. As a result, his situation will need to be continuously monitored for updates in the buildup to Sunday's game in Arizona.
