Redskins reach contract extension with Trent Williams

The Redskins made offensive tackle Trent Williams the highest paid tackle in NFL history after the two sides reached a five-year deal worth $66 million, reports the NFL Network.

Williams will average $13.2 million during the contract with $43.25 million guaranteed. Williams has started 70 games for the Redskins over the last five seasons.
