Compton suffered a blow to the head in Sunday's win against the Eagles but was later able to return, Liz Clarke of The Washington Post reports.
Compton declined to talk to the media after the game, but explained that, although he didn't feel well, he was confident he would be alright. Keep track of his status as practice starts up in the coming days, but it sounds like Compton should be a go against the Lions in Week 7 barring any setbacks.
