Texans injuries not an issue on defense

The Texans injury report for Week 6 was a lengthy one, but there does not appear to be much of an issue as the inactives are released prior to Sunday's game against the Rams. Of the eight players from the defensive side of the ball listed on the injury report who were not ruled out Friday, all will play Sunday.

The players suiting up in spite of injury are: linebackers Bryan Braman (knee, neck), Brian Cushing (knee), and Darryl Sharpton (foot); defensive linemen J.J. Watt(nose) and Antonio Smith (quadriceps); and defensive backs Ed Reed (knee), Eddie Pleasant(ankle) and Brice McCain (knee).
