Spence agreed to terms with the Titans on Wednesday.
A third-round selection in the 2012 NFL Draft, Spence emerged as a key backup for the Steelers the past two seasons, recording 90 combined tackles in 2014 and 2015. He should help on special teams in Tennessee, and he may even compete with Wesley Woodyard for a starting spot alongside Avery Williamson.
