Head coach Mike Mularkey said he hasn't seen Sharpe this offseason, ESPN.com reports.

Mularkey sounded slightly annoyed that he hasn't talked to or seen Sharpe, who has been training in Santa Ana, California at Proactive Sports Performance. While it isn't unusual for players to train away from team headquarters, Mularkey may have at least been expecting better communication. It should all be a non-issue if Sharpe is present and in good shape for the start of the team's offseason program April 17. The beginning of the program isn't mandatory, but it sounds as if he's expected to attend. Sharpe and Rishard Matthews are penciled in as the starting receivers, but Tennessee likely will try to add more talent out wide during the upcoming draft.
