It would be a disservice to you if a special opportunity on FanDuel wasn't brought to your eyeballs. For nine weeks, we've played in a $10 game on FanDuel where if you finished in the Top 45th percentile you'd doubled your money. But that's not all -- if you finished ahead of our podcast crew, you would have also won a free entry into a Week 11 freeroll with $100,000 in prizes.

One contest, two prizes. Sounds good, right? Cool, because it's not too late.

Week 10 is the last week to qualify for the championship. So for $10, you get the chance to double your money, you get to play against me, Jamey Eisenberg and Adam Aizer, and you get a shot at a monster freeroll with lots of prizes.

Now that's a deal!

Last week's lineup crashed and burned thanks to a rough outing by Philip Rivers, but the decision to go with LeGarrette Blount, Allen Hurns and Michael Crabtree gave me a shot. I'll continue to stick with the basics when it comes to building a winning lineup:

1. Land a quality stack (a quarterback and a pass-catcher in the same lineup)
2. Cherry-pick a defense
3. Look for balance among running back, receiver and tight end spots, but don't pick players everyone is going to chase, unless ...
4. Specifically target players who should return at least three FanDuel points for every 1,000 of salary. For instance, if a player lists for 5,000, his expectation should be at least 15 FanDuel points.

Last week was the first time in a while where someone won the Sunday Million without a stack. But entries that were really, really close to winning had Marcus Mariota and Delanie Walker. Nailing a stack is always a huge plus but doing so with two guys started in less than 6 percent of leagues? That's incredible.

Stack candidates

Expensive stacks I like (over $15,000)
Patriots (at Giants): Tom Brady (9,100) and Rob Gronkowski (8,000)
Patriots (at Giants): Tom Brady (9,100) and Julian Edelman (8,000)
Packers (vs. Lions): Aaron Rodgers (9,200) and Randall Cobb (7,700)
Bengals (vs. Texans): Andy Dalton (8,100) and A.J. Green (8,300)
Saints (at Redskins): Drew Brees (8,600) and Brandin Cooks (7,200)
Jaguars (at Ravens): Blake Bortles (7,800) and Allen Robinson (7,500)

Cheaper stacks I like (under $15,000)

Panthers (at Titans): Cam Newton (8,200) and Greg Olsen (6,300)
Buccaneers (vs. Cowboys): Jameis Winston (6,800) and Mike Evans (7,700)
Cowboys (at Buccaneers): Matt Cassel (6,300) and Dez Bryant (8,100)
Bengals (vs. Texans): Andy Dalton (8,100) and Tyler Eifert (6,200)
Patriots (at Giants): Tom Brady (9,100) and Danny Amendola (5,200)
Saints (at Redskins): Drew Brees (8,600) and Benjamin Watson (5,500)
Vikings (at Raiders): Teddy Bridgewater (6,700) and Stefon Diggs (6,600)
Ravens (vs. Jaguars): Joe Flacco (7,500) and Kamar Aiken (5,400)
Redskins (vs. Saints): Kirk Cousins (6,500) and DeSean Jackson (6,000)
Redskins (vs. Saints): Kirk Cousins (6,500) and Jordan Reed (5,800)

There are a lot of cheap, sneaky stacks to think about. The key is to take a tandem on an offense that figures to connecting for two touchdowns, be it because of the matchup or because the associated run game stinks. Being a part of an expected high scoring game would help too. So would a duo that won't be owned in a majority of leagues.

If we're looking for combos that can bring back three times value, the list shrinks considerably. But those stacks that cost less than 14,000 combined have some serious potential. The Redskins ones, for example, need to tally at least 37.5 FanDuel points in order to be called a winner. That's a lot to ask of Cousins but two games ago he ripped apart a bad pass defense at home to the tune of 30.18 FanDuel points by himself! Even if you took away his 7.5 points based on his rushing he still would have been at 22.68, which is a good number for him. If you examine the quarterbacks that played the Saints, five have topped the 22.68 mark including each of the last three to play them.

Another eye-catcher is the Brady-Amendola stack. The hunch is that Brady will get a lot of attention in Week 10 but not as much as you might think because people will spend the extra 100 to get Aaron Rodgers against the Lions. Brady should end up throwing plenty as usual against the Giants, so expecting him to meet value of 27.3 points isn't too much. But Amendola should see a lot of playing time as the Patriots move toward using him a little more following the injury to Dion Lewis.

Check out Amendola's playing time in Week 7 against the Jets -- he was on the field 85 percent of the time and caught 8 of 9 targets for 86 yards and a score. The Giants' cornerbacks could have a rough go of it covering him when they have so many other receivers to aim for. Can he and Brady combine for 42.9 points? It's a lot less than the 51.3 Brady would need with Gronkowski or Edelman this week.

Another one that's a little more expensive is the Panthers pairing. In the four games Newton and Olsen have hooked up for at least one touchdown they've exceeded 43.5 FanDuel points three times. Why 43.5 points? That's the magic number -- three times value. The Titans defense is falling off and gave up two touchdowns to backup tight ends last week. We'd look for just one here.

There are a lot of intriguing combinations to choose from, but there's something so alluring and unique about the Redskins that makes them the pick this week. The Cousins-Reed duo opens the door for some big spending at running back and wide receiver. It won't take much for them to meet expectations (37 points) and the matchup is exactly what we're looking for.

Running backs

Popular picks I like
Todd Gurley (vs. CHI) 9,200
DeAngelo Williams (vs. CLE) 7,600
LeGarrette Blount (at NYG) 6,900
James Starks (vs. DET) 6,000

Not-as-popular picks I like
DeMarco Murray (vs. MIA) 7,700
Mark Ingram (at WAS) 7,500
Giovani Bernard (vs. HOU) 6,300
Shane Vereen (vs. NE) 5,800
Ryan Mathews (vs. MIA) 5,600
Theo Riddick (at GB) 5,300
Alfred Morris (vs. NO) 5,200

The running back I am completely over the moon for is Murray. With a needed return of 23.1 points he should have a monster game against a Dolphins run defense that looks like their early-season selves instead of their two-games-after-bye-week selves. Philadelphia found its groove running the ball last week and it's not far fetched to think Murray could dominate over 20-plus touches this week. Best of all, many people are going to go for DeAngelo Williams at 100 less than Murray, so there's a pretty good shot at Murray being owned in less than 10 percent of entries.

The other spot ... that's a real conundrum. Gurley and Williams could both end up with monster stat lines against inferior opponents but they're both going to get gobbled up by the masses. So too will James Starks, who has a great opportunity to put up a ton of points against a sorry Lions run defense. But if there's one situation that's been tried and true this season is that a team playing on the road after competing on Monday night gets blown out. That's the spot the Bears are in this week, playing at St. Louis and being forced to slow down Gurley. Maybe Gurley won't be so heavily owned because of his exorbitant price tag (9,200!) or lofty expectations, but I believe he can meet those expectations and exceed 27.6 FanDuel points by burying a beleaguered and brutal Bears defense. This wouldn't have been possible if not for my decision to go with a cheap stack.

Defense

Normally I'm all about cherry picking the defense I want, but this is a tough week. There is no outright gem. Many owners will ship it with popular options (Carolina, Denver) and call it a day. Others will punt and take a cheap choice (Tampa Bay, Kansas City, Oakland). I'm eyeballing a sleeper unit. The Dolphins have allowed 11 sacks, two interceptions, two safeties and two forced fumbles in their last three games. Drilling down into their last two games, the Dolphins have scored 24 points combined. I wouldn't expect the Eagles to pitch a shutout but I would figure them to make life tough on Ryan Tannehill and potentially score.

My pick: Philadelphia (vs. MIA) 4,700
Cheap-o alternative: Tampa Bay (vs. DAL) 4,000

Kicker

Just once this year I'd love to start a kicker who lands 20 FanDuel points. You know, someone who picks up a ton of long field goal attempts and nails them all. Problem is, those kinds of performances are way too random. Cairo Santos' 27-point game in Week 4 was sandwiched between games in which he scored 2 and 5 points. Blair Walsh's 20-point effort in Week 7, on the other hand, was part of his current five-game streak where he's notched at least eight Fantasy points. One thing's for sure -- if a kicker is going to attempt five field goals, it's going to come against a poor defense that will put the kicker in such a position.

One team that's allowed a ton of total yards over its last three games is the Raiders (1,351 to be exact). That brings us right back to Walsh, who isn't the most expensive kicker on the board but is pretty darn close. It helps that the Raiders have allowed plenty of Fantasy points to kickers over the course of 2015.

My pick: Blair Walsh (at OAK) 4,900
Cheap-o alternative: Dustin Hopkins (vs. NO) 4,500

Tight ends

Popular picks I like
Rob Gronkowski (at NYG) 8,000
Greg Olsen (at TEN) 6,300
Jordan Reed (vs. NO) 5,800

Not-as-popular picks I like
Gary Barnidge (at PIT) 6,100
Delanie Walker (vs. CAR) 5,900
Richard Rodgers (vs. DET) 5,400
Eric Ebron (at GB) 5,300

You already know I'm rolling with Reed, but if I wasn't then I'd strongly consider Barnidge. His price has dipped after last week's lousy game against the Bengals, but it came without Josh McCown as his quarterback. No one thinks the Browns will run the ball well against, well, anybody, forcing them to throw. The Steelers have been susceptible to big-time tight ends this season and the 18.3 FanDuel points we would need from Barnidge isn't that much to ask for. Barnidge is absolutely the tight end I'd go with if not for my Cousins-Reed stack.

Wide receivers

Popular picks I like
A.J. Green (vs. HOU) 8,300
Julian Edelman (at NYG) 8,000
Randall Cobb (vs. DET) 7,700
Allen Robinson (at BAL) 7,500
Stefon Diggs (at OAK) 6,600
Michael Crabtree (vs. MIN) 6,400

Not-as-popular picks I like
DeAndre Hopkins (at CIN) 8,900
Dez Bryant (at TB) 8,100
Demaryius Thomas (vs. KC) 7,900
Tavon Austin (vs. CHI) 6,000
DeSean Jackson (vs. NO) 6,000
James Jones (vs. DET) 5,700
Kamar Aiken (vs. JAC) 5,400
Marvin Jones (vs. HOU) 5,400
Danny Amendola (at NYG) 5,200
Nate Washington (at CIN) 5,200
Devin Funchess (at TEN) 5,200
Chris Givens (vs. JAC) 4,500

We've got a juicy list that could point us in a number of directions. Pretty much everyone I like has a shot at delivering on the triple point value I'm targeting. So let's change the criteria -- who in this group has two-touchdown, 100-yard potential? That wipes out a lot of names.

One guy who has it for sure is Edelman. You can't help but think the New England offensive brain trust has gone over the Giants' loss against the Saints and found ways to exploit the small, speedy receiver. One major problem New York faces is how they'll cover Edelman -- they're down to one good cornerback, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, and he's not a good fit for the quick-twitch pass-catcher. Tack on the loss of Dion Lewis and there should be a couple of extra targets for Edelman. We would need 24 points from him to feel good -- it's not so far fetched because he's exceeded it once this season and came very close in two other games.

Another guy with 24 FanDuel point potential is Randall Cobb. The last time he had a cake matchup at home he scored three times. The Packers are on the cusp of erupting after losing back-to-back games and typically play the Lions very well. I think Cobb has a better shot at landing 23.1 points than James Jones or Davante Adams have of putting up 17.4 points, which is the anticipated value for all these guys.

There's one spot left to fill and only 5,500 available to fill it. The inexpensive receivers I like are all capable of scoring and posting 75 yards with it. But the one I'm picking is the most under the radar. Kamar Aiken hasn't ever really had a chance to be a No. 1 receiver. He'll get a shot against a Jaguars pass defense that, over its last three matchups, has allowed a 204.0 yard average and multiple scores to wideouts per game. Aiken is a sleeper who has potential to deliver way more than 16.2 FanDuel points.

Lineup check

Here's my tournament lineup for Week 10:

Kirk Cousins (vs. NO) $6,500
Todd Gurley (vs. CHI) $9,200
DeMarco Murray (vs. MIA) $7,700
Julian Edelman (at NYG) $8,000
Randall Cobb (vs. DET) $7,700
Kamar Aiken (vs. JAC) $5,400
Jordan Reed (vs. NO) $5,800
Blair Walsh (at OAK) $4,900
Philadelphia (vs. MIA) $4,700
