Meanwhile, the team also signed the following exclusive rights free-agent players: Denico Autry, Brian Leonhardt, Matt McCants, Jamize Olawale and Neiko Thorpe.
The Raiders signed defensive back Larry Asante and wide receiver Andre Holmes to their restricted free agent contract tenders Tuesday, reports the CSN Bay Area. Asante played in six games during the 2014 season and produced 24 tackles, while Holmes caught 47 passes for 693 yards and four touchdowns.
The Raiders announced several roster moves prior to Week 15, per the team's official website. The team placed safety Larry Asante on the injured reserve list, and signed safety Ras-I Dowling and linebacker Bojay Filimoeatu to their active roster from the team's practice squad.
Raiders wide receiver Denarius Moore will miss his third consecutive game with ankle and knee injuries. Moore, who has 12 catches for 115 yards on the year, has played in 10 games for Oakland. Also out for the Raiders is Larry Asante, Brian Leonhardt and Menelik Watson. Sio Moore, Tarell Brown, and Pat Sims are all questionable while Chimdi Chekwa, Andre Holmes and Neiko Thorpe are probable.
Raiders safety Larry Asante is questionable to return Week 14 against the 49ers. Asante is dealing with a quad injury. Asante did not record any numbers on the stat sheet before leaving the contest.
