Goodwin, RB Braylon Heard, DE Joe Kruger, DT Joe Okafor, OL Collin Rahrig, CB Jordan Sullen, OT Kevin Whimpey and S Ian Wild.

The Browns announced Monday that they have waived kicker Garrett Hartley, along with wide receiver Phil Bates, defensive lineman Christian Tupou and defensive back Varmah Sonie, per the Akron Beacon Journal. Browns new placekicker Garrett Hartley received no opportunities upon his arrival in Week 15, but knocked down both chances Sunday at Carolina. Hartley booted a 43-yarder to tie the game early in the second quarter and added a 31-yarder late in the third. He also nailed his lone extra point attempt.
