McGee signed a five-year, $25 million contract with the Redskins on Thursday, MIke Garafolo of NFL Network reports. McGee had a career high 2.5 sacks and two forced fumbles while playing in just nine games with Oakland last season. He'll slot in at nose tackle alongside Phil Taylor in Washington.
McGee (groin) notched two tackles (two solo) during Saturday's wild-card loss to the Texans. McGee recorded a tackle for the first time in six games, but it was too little too late for the Raiders with their season coming to an end. The 26-year-old is now slated to test free agency after four years in Oakland.
McGee (groin) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. McGee hasn't recorded a single tackle in the Raiders' past five games, but he'll look to get back on track Saturday against the Texans. He finished the 2016 regular season with just 17 tackles and 2.5 sacks, but he also added two forced fumbles.
McGee (groin) was inactive for Sunday's 24-6 loss to the Broncos. McGee hasn't played since Week 12 against the Panthers and isn't certain be ready in time for the start of the playoffs next weekend.
McGee (groin) is questionable to play in Sunday's season finale versus the Broncos. Previously dealing with an ankle issue, McGee is now limited by a groin injury. Expect an update on his status prior to game time.
