Dolphins tight end Dion Sims has been ruled out for the Sunday clash in London, reports Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post. Sims hasn't played since sustaining a concussion in Week 1. And considering he didn't make the flight to England, it's clear he won't play against the Jets. Jake Stoneburner (three catches for 31 yards and a touchdown in two games) will once again fill in behind Jordan Cameron.

The Packers have reached an injury settlement with tight end Jake Stoneburner, according to the Green Bay Press-Gazette. Stoneburner was placed on IR in late August. He was waived off IR with after reaching a settlement with the club.
