Carolina waived WR Jarrett Boykin, DT Kenny Horsley, S Robert Lester and WR De'Andre Presley, placed OT Davonte Wallace and CB Melvin White on the waived/injured list and reached an injury settlement with DT Micanor Regis.
The Panthers have listed Frank Alexander, James Dockery, David Foucault, A.J. Klein, Robert Lester, Star Lotulelei and Amini Silatolu as inactive against the Seahawks. Lotulelei was the only player ruled out prior to Saturday. Klein was listed as questionable coming into the game due to an ankle issue. The other five players listed as considered healthy scratches.

Coach Ron Rivera chose to keep him inactive and roll with the hot hand, Jonathan Stewart, in the starting lineup. If Carolina wins on Sunday, Williams can return to action in the postseason.
