The Bears have listed the following players as inactive for Sunday's season finale against Minnesota: Jimmy Clausen (concussion), Robbie Gould (right quadriceps), Al Louis-Jean (hamstring), Chris Conte (back), Charles Leno, Austen Lane and Brandon Dunn.
The Bears have signed defensive end Austen Lane, Pro Football Talk reports. Lane will fill the roster spot of defensive end Willie Young, who was placed on injured reserve Tuesday. Lane was with the Bears during the preseason but didn't survive the final cuts. He's managed three sacks in 30 career games.

The Bears have signed ex-Jaguars and Lions defensive end Austen Lane to a one-year deal, the team announced. Lane has started 17 of 30 games and has three career sacks.
The Lions have released their inactive report for the game Sunday against Tampa Bay. It includes two players listed with injuries - cornerback Jonte Green (illness) and tackle Corey Hilliard (knee). The other inactives are center Leroy Harris, defensive end Austen Lane, running back Mikel Leshoure, quarterback Kellen Moore and wide receiver Michael Spurlock.
