The Browns cut defensive backs Royce Adams and T.J. Heath, offensive linemen Randall Harris, Ryan Lee and Jeremiah Warren, running back Edwin Baker, defensive lineman Cam Henderson, receivers Tim Smith, Jonathan Krause and Anthony Armstrong, linebackers Caleb McSurdy and Keith Pough, and tight end Martell Webb.
The Browns announced Thursday they signed linebacker Caleb McSurdy. He was released by the Rams in late July.
The Rams signed linebackers Pat Schiller and Lawrence Wilson and offensive tackles R.J. Dill and D.J. Morrell. To make room, the team cut linebackers Caleb McSurdy and Tavarius Wilson, receiver Diontae Spencer and offensive tackle Abasi Salimu.
The Rams signed linebacker Caleb McSurdy to their offseason roster, reports the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. He spent the season's last three weeks on the team's practice squad.
Cornerback Sterling Moore, who has earned some playing time with New England and Dallas, has been cut by the Cowboys. Moore played in five games in both 2011 and 2012.
