Buccaneers defensive tackle Gerald McCoy (knee) and defensive back Isaiah Frey (ankle) were downgraded to out Sunday against the Panthers. Both players were injured in the first half before being ruled out for the remainder of the game right after halftime.
The Buccaneers signed former Bears cornerback Isaiah Frey, reports the Tampa Bay Times. Frey made 12 tackles and forced two fumbles in three games with Chicago this season.
