The Buccaneers ruled running back Bobby Rainey (wrist) as probable for Sunday's game against the Packers. He was the only player on Tampa Bay's final injury report for Week 16 deemed probable. Safety Major Wright (ribs) was ruled out. Meanwhile, the following players were deemed questionable: Cornerback Isaiah Frey (ankle), linebacker Mason Foster (Achilles), safety Dashon Goldson (shin), defensive tackle Clinton McDonald (hamstring), tackle Kevin Pamphile (ankle) and wide receiver Solomon Patton (foot).
Buccaneers defensive tackle Gerald McCoy (knee) and defensive back Isaiah Frey (ankle) were downgraded to out Sunday against the Panthers. Both players were injured in the first half before being ruled out for the remainder of the game right after halftime.
The Buccaneers signed former Bears cornerback Isaiah Frey, reports the Tampa Bay Times. Frey made 12 tackles and forced two fumbles in three games with Chicago this season.
