The Seahawks made several roster moves to get down to Tuesday's 75-player limit. The Seahawks have revealed that defensive tackle Michael Brooks is undergoing knee surgery Thursday. Brooks, who was waived and resigned by the team in the offseason, played in one game for Seattle in 2013 and registered one tackle.

The Seahawks signed defensive tackles D'Anthony Smith, Michael Brooks and Dewayne Cherrington, defensive back Akeem Auguste, receivers Phil Bates and Arceto Clark, tight end Cooper Helfet and guard Jared Smith. All were on the team's practice squad.
