Okpalaugo (knee) was released from the Cardinals' injured reserve after reaching an injury settlement with the team, ESPN's John Weinfuss reports. It's unclear what sort of injury Okpalaugo is specifically tending to, because he was released with a designation that he had hurt his knee, but head coach Bruce Arians claimed it was actually a hamstring ailment. Regardless, the linebacker is now free to sign elsewhere.
