49ers guard Alex Boone and defensive back Raymond Ventrone on injured reserve and signed wide receiver Trindon Holliday and cornerback Cameron Fuller to their active roster. Ventrone only played eight games this season for San Francisco and recorded just three tackles. Holliday was waived in Week 9 from the Buccaneers to promote Marcus Thigpen.

The 49ers have listed QB Josh Johnson, WR Steve Johnson, OL Marcus Martin, OL Anthony Davis, S Raymond Ventrone, CB Tramaine Brock and CB Chris Culliver as inactive Week 15 against the Seahawks. Brock, Culliver, Martin and Ventrone all came into the contest listed as questionable, but none of them will play. Stevie Johnson had been ruled out prior to Sunday. Both Josh Johnson and Anthony Davis are healthy scratches.
