Hartline had six catches on nine targets for 77 yards in Sunday's loss to the Steelers. Hartline took advantage of increased looks following the early exit of Andrew Hawkins, who suffered a concussion in the matchup. This is Hawkins' second concussion in just four games, so a multi-week absence is a highly likely scenario this time around (his first concussion forced him out two weeks). With Hawkins on the shelf, Hartline is next in line on the Cleveland wide receiver depth chart, and should serve as the No. 2 wideout behind Travis Benjamin. The 28-year-old Hartline is comfortable playing in the slot, and the extra looks he expects to receive give him some fantasy upside, especially in PPR formats.
Hartline (concussion) is active Sunday against the Steelers. Hartline was able to clear concussion protocol and log full practices each day this week, so he was fully expected to suit up for the contest. After hauling in two touchdowns Week 8 against Arizona, Hartline has missed back-to-back games. Prior to that contest, however, Hartline had just five catches in his last four games, and the inconsistency makes him tough to rely on from a fantasy perspective.
Hartline (concussion) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Steelers, the Akron Beacon Journal reports. Hartline cleared concussion protocol recently, enabling him to be a full participant throughout practice this week. Given that return to action, Hartline seems certain to be available for this Sunday's game versus the Steelers.
Hartline (concussion) practiced fully Wednesday, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. As did fellow wideout Andrew Hawkins, with both on track to return to action this week after having been cleared from their concussions Tuesday.
Hartline has been cleared from the league's concussion protocol. Hartline missed the Browns' last game due to the concussion, but with him cleared of any symptoms, he is on track to return to action in Week 10. Hartline has been anything but consistent this year, but he did find the end zone twice in the last game he played in.
