    Landry, Nixon back on Colts' roster, three players waived

    The Colts announced Tuesday they activated safety LaRon Landry from the Exempt/Commissioner Permission list and activated tackle Xavier Nixon from short-term injured reserve. The team also waived cornerback Jalil Brown and tackle Jamon Meredith from the active roster and waived fullback Stanley Havili (shoulder) from the PUP list (failed physical).

    Colts pare roster to 75

    The Colts put running back Vick Ballard (Achilles), offensive tackle Ulrick John and running back Deji Karim on injured reserve, ending their season. The team put fullback Stanley Havili on the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list, meaning he's out for at least the first six games.

    According to the team's official website, the following players will not dress for the Colts against the Giants Saturday night: Wide receiver T.Y.     Stanley Havili exits with wrist injury

    Colts fullback Stanley Havili was forced out of Saturday's Divisional Playoff game against the Patriots with a right wrist injury.Havili sustained the injury on the final play of the third quarter and was unable to return for the remainder of the game. He was targeted three times and finished with one catch for a 4-yard gain in a 43-22 defeat.

    Colts pass catchers do little Week 17

    The Colts pass catchers didn't do much Week 17 against the Jaguars. Griff Whalen was the only player to catch a touchdown, scoring on a 7 yard pass. He finished the game with 32 yards. Tight end Coby Fleener had just one reception for 25 yards. Da'Rick Rodgers caught two passes for 20 yards. Stanley Havili also caught two balls, but had 18 yards. Weslye Saunders had 18 yards, but caught one ball. LaVon Brazill caught one bal for 11 yards. Tight end Jack Doyle had one caught for 2 yards. Tashard Choice also had one catch for 5 yards. He also carried the ball five times for 18 yards.

    Minor contributors help Colts in Week 16

    Notable Colts players who posted some numbers in Week 16 include fullback Stanley Havili (a carry for no yards, a catch for 1 yard), running back Tashard Choice (an 8-yard carry in garbage time), tight end Weslye Saunders (a 6-yard catch) and tight end Jack Doyle (a 6-yard catch). Receiver LaVon Brazill was targeted on a deep pass that bounced off his hands in the second half that could have gone for a touchdown. The Colts host the Jaguars in Week 17.

    Colts reveal Week 15 inactives

    In addition to wide receiver LaVon Brazill, who is out with a foot injury, the Colts' list of inactives for Week 15 against the Texans includes defensive back Greg Toler (groin), offensive lineman Samson Satele (elbow), defensive lineman Ricky Jean Francois (foot), offensive lineman Jeffrey Linkenbach (quadriceps), running back Stanley Havili (knee) and linebacker Pat Angerer. Angerer is a healthy scratch.

    Five Colts get red light for clash against Texans

    Five Colts have been ruled out for the game Sunday against Houston, including four starters and three offensive linemen. The sidelined starters are cornerback Greg Toler (groin), fullback Stanley Havili (knee), defensive tackle Ricky Jean Francois (foot) and center Samson Satele (elbow). Also out is offensive tackle Jeff Linkenbach (quad).
