Bills' Corey Graham: Active Week 9

Graham (groin) is active Sunday against the Dolphins. Graham put in a full practice Friday after putting in limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday. He'll be in the lineup at free safety and his presence will be a boost to the Bills defense in the middle of the field.

Bills' Corey Graham: Probable vs. Fish

Graham (groin) is probable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins. The Bills have really leaned on the converted corner as their main safety this season with Aaron Williams having a neck injury. In standard IDP scoring, Graham ranks second behind only Miami's Reshad Jones, quite the nice surprise.

    Bills' Corey Graham: Limited Wednesday

Graham was limited for Wednesday's practice due to a groin injury. While it sounds like Graham may play this week, it must be a decent concern for it to linger over the bye week. The Bills kind of need their IDP monger (64 tackles, a sack, and a pick on the season), as fellow safety Aaron Williams is out until late in the season and after him and Graham it's a group of younger, less proven players.

Bills safety Corey Graham has fourth straight double-digit tackles

Bills safety Corey Graham logged 12 tackles in Sunday's win over Tennessee, the fourth straight game he's posted double-digit totals. There's another good sign here in that Graham big tackle numbers even with fellow starting free safety Aaron Williams returning to action from a neck injury. With 48 tackles, including three for a loss, plus a fumble recovery, Graham sits first in overall IDP totals among safeties heading into Monday night action. Bully for those who stuck with Graham following a one-tackle dud in Week 1.

Bills CB Corey Graham near-certain to play Sunday

Bills cornerback Corey Graham was a full participant in practice Friday and is considered probable to face New England in Week 2. Graham suffered a concussion in the season-opening win and thus was limited during the early portion of practice this week. However, in returning full-bore Friday, Graham has seemingly passed league protocol, putting him in line to play Sunday.

Bills CB Corey Graham able to practice Wednesday

Bills cornerback Corey Graham (concussion) will be a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports. Graham left the victory over the Colts early and will now try to pass the league's concussion protocol. His initial prognosis is a good sign for the Bills secondary, which could use all the help they can get with Tom Brady and the rest of New England's dynamic offense coming to town Sunday.

Bills move Corey Graham to safety

The Bills have moved cornerback Corey Graham to safety, the Buffalo News reports. Graham said that he and the team have discussed the move all offseason and decided to give the position change a try on Tuesday when the team held its first workout of OTAs. "He's got that unique ability where he can do both things," coach Rex Ryan said. "So let's see what we have out there. And this is no slam on Duke or on Rambo or on Meeks or any of those guys, but this is us doing what's best for the team. And if that means we feel good about [Graham] playing safety, then that's where he'll be." Graham is enthusiastic about playing the safety position full-time. "I want to try to really learn it and see where it goes, see how much my grasp is, see how I'm playing at it, see where it can take me," he said. "I look forward to it. It's a challenge for me, but I'm actually very excited about it." Graham recorded 84 total tackles last season, his first in Buffalo, while intercepting two passes.

Bills defense racks up three turnovers in win vs. Bears

The Bills defense notched two sacks, two interceptions and a fumble recovery in the team's 23-20 win over the Bears in Week 1. Even with Stephon Gilmore sidelined, the Bills got fine cornerback play in the win, with Leodis McKelvin recording 13 tackles and forcing a fumble, and Gilmore fill-in Corey Graham cutting in front of tight end Martellus Bennett for an interception. Defensive tackle Kyle Williams recorded the team's second pick on a pass over the middle. The Bills will look to build off the strong showing against a very good offense when they face the Dolphins at home in Week 2.

Corey Graham draws Week 1 start for Bills

Bills cornerback Corey Graham will enter the starting lineup against the Bears Sunday in place of Stephon Gilmore, who is inactive with a groin injury.
