Jaguars counting on Marqise Lee, Allen Robinson

The Jaguars have questions at receiver this season, reports ESPN. Heading into the season, the only certainties based on experience are Cecil Shorts and Ace Sanders. After that, the rest of the group is unknown. The report says it would seem second-round picks Marqise Lee and Allen Robinson would naturally be the next two, but both missed most organized team activities and all of minicamp with injuries. They're supposed to be fully cleared for camp, but they missed valuable time. Next would be Kerry Taylor and Mike Brown, as well as undrafted rookie Allen Hurns. Justin Blackmon is suspended indefinitely.

Kerry Taylor well targeted in Week 16

Wide receiver Kerry Taylor showed he has something to contribute to the Jaguars' injury-depleted receiving corps Week 16 against the Titans, leading the team with seven targets. Running mostly short routes, he finished with four catches for 45 yards. Taylor wasn't as productive as Mike Brown, who had five catches for 71 yards and a touchdown, but he was more productive than Ace Sanders, who had just four catches for 20 yards even though he was the most celebrated of the three coming into the game. Taylor will look to continue to establish himself Week 17 at Indianapolis.
