The Colts will give safety Delano Howell the first crack at replacing departed veteran Antoine Bethea, ESPN reports. Howell played in a limited capacity last season and had some big plays including a touchdown against the Seahawks. "All I think back to is Delano Howell," Pagano said per ESPN. "We went out and beat a pretty good football team (San Francisco), I think he started at safety that game and had, I don't know, six, seven, eight tackles or something, was pretty productive in that ball game.
