    Courtney Upshaw loses 20 pounds

The Baltimore Sun is reporting that Ravens linebacker Courtney Upshaw has his weight down to about 275 pounds, after showing up at 295 during spring practices -- a gain that he attributed to offseason personal issues. The heavier Upshaw failed his conditioning test on the first try. "He's been very dedicated," head trainer Troy Jones told the Sun. "He has a great work ethic, he works extremely hard. He's a quiet guy. When Courtney makes up his mind, he doesn't hesitate. He'll pass the conditioning test.
