    Patriots RB Dion Lewis contributes running, receiving Sunday

    Patriots running back Dion Lewis carried eight times for 37 yards and a touchdown and caught five passes for 30 yards in a rout of Jacksonville on Sunday. Per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com, Lewis was on the field for 28 of 36 first-half snaps before bruising back LeGarrette Blount began to do the heavy lifting as the game rolled along. The Patriots are off in Week 4, but Lewis will be back in action against Dallas in Week 5, looking like a solid play in PPR formats now that he appears entrenched as the team's top pass-catching back.

    Bills expecting Patriots to use Blount more at RB over Lewis in Week 2

    Patriots running back Dion Lewis had a pretty good outing Week 1 against the Steelers. However, with LaGarrette Blount set to return from a one-game suspension, Bills coach Rex Ryan is expecting to see more of him in the backfield over Lewis in their Week 2 matchup. "They threw in this other dude, but guess what, he's not going to play. They're going to put Blount back there," Ryan said Wednesday, per The Buffalo News. Lewis started Week 1, totaling 15 carries for 69 yards and four catches for 51 yards. He also had a fumble. The Bills allowed 64 rushing yards in Week 1 against the Colts.
