Panthers' Luke Kuechly: 118 tackles this season

Kuechly finished the regular season with 118 tackles (76 solo), one sack, four interceptions, two forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one touchdown in 13 games played. Kuechly's overall production was hurt by him missing three games after suffering a concussion during Week 1, but on average, he once again proved to be arguably the NFL's best middle linebacker. Coming into this season, Kuechly averaged just under 10 tackles per game over his career, and his production this season was no different. Additionally, Kuechly tied his career-high with four interceptions, and scored his first touchdown as well. Although Kuechly has managed just seven sacks through four campaigns, his weekly performances continue to make him an elite IDP option going forward, and his five-year contract signed in September ensures Kuechly will lead the Panthers' defense long-term.

Kuechly has recorded 109 tackles with two forced fumbles and four interceptions on the year, and he remains one of the better IDP's in the league.

Panthers' Luke Kuechly: Records two picks, touchdown Thursday

Kuechly turned in a dominant performance in Thursday's win over the Cowboys, finishing with seven tackles and two interceptions -- with one going for a touchdown -- in The Carolina defense was responsible for 12 of the team's 33 points on the day, and it's no surprise that their star middle linebacker was the one behind it. While the production was more than helpful for those using Kuechly in IDP leagues, his continued decline in tackle production is a bit worrisome. He's now failed to notch double-digit stops in four consecutive games.

Kuechly notched eight tackles (six solo) in Sunday's win over the Titans. Kuechly led the team in tackles on Sunday which is no surprise anymore, in fact it's a much bigger surprise if he doesn't. The All-Pro linebacker has been battling an ankle injury over the last week, but it didn't seem to bother him against the Titans. Kuechly is the best linebacker in the business, which makes him a great IDP play each and every week.
