Patriots' James Develin: Signs one-year deal to return

Develin has signed a one-year deal with the Patriots, ESPN's Mike Reiss reports. Given his limited touches in the team's offense, Develin's fantasy value remains limited. That said, his versatility and blocking are valuable assets to the Patriots, and his healthy return to the mix in 2016 should be a boost to the team's ground game this coming season.

Great individual effort nets James Develin first career TD

Patriots fullback James Develin will never forget Sunday's 34-31 win at Houston since it was highlighted by his first career touchdown. Develin got only two carries for 4 yards in the game, but he scored from 1-yard out in the third quarter and it was quite the impressive individual effort. Develin tried to leap over the pile for the touchdown, but he was knocked backward by the defense. Luckily, Develin kept his feet churning and spun out of at least four more tackles before finally bullying his way in for the touchdown. The Patriots are back in action Week 14 vs. Cleveland.
