    Rams linebacker James Laurinaitis hyperextended his elbow Sunday against the Browns and is expected to have an MRI on Monday, per Rand Getlin of the NFL Network. Laurinaitis managed to play through discomfort and finished with eight tackle. While that production suggests his elbow didn't impede him much, the results of the MRI should help sort out his future availability.
