    The 49ers listed 13 players on its final injury report Friday leading up to Week 7 at Denver. linebacker Patrick Willis (toe) and guard Mike Iupati (concussion) were the only two players ruled out on the report.     The 49ers have signed cornerback Chris Cook, reports the Sacramento Bee. It is a one-year deal. Cook spent the first four years of his career with the Vikings. In 2013 he had 47 total tackles. He has yet to record an interception.
