Rams' Jared Cook: Held to one catch against Seahawks

Cook was targeted twice, recording a five-yard reception in Sunday's win over Seattle. Sunday was the second time in two weeks that Cook has been limited to a single catch and third time in four weeks he has been held under 25 yards receiving. The Rams close the season against a weak 49ers pass defense, but it would be a shock if the team opts to air in out. In Case Keenum's last three starts, the Rams have run the ball 58.6 percent of the time.

Rams' Jared Cook: Leads team in targets

Cook caught a four passes for 64 yards on a team-high six targets in Thursday's 31-23 win over the Buccaneers. With Case Keenum attempting just 17 passes, Cook was the only Ram to record more than three targets. Despite being a focal point of the offense and turning in an efficient outing, he was still unable to find the end zone, thus drawing one week closer to a touchdown-free season. Cook's Week 16 prospects in that department aren't promising, as the Rams have to face the Seahawks on the road.

Rams' Jared Cook: Meager output despite ample targets

Cook caught just three of his nine targets for 22 yards in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals. The big tight end led the Rams in targets during the blowout loss, but the ineptitude of Nick Foles against the ferocious Cardinals defense led to lean offensive output. Cook has seen his share of targets this season, but he has yet to score a touchdown and is now averaging just over 33 receiving yards per game. Cook remains nothing more than a weekly dart throw, and he will continue as such in next week's matchup with the Lions.

Rams' Jared Cook: Snags four catches against the Bengals

Cook caught four passes off of six targets for 58 yards in Sunday's loss to the Bengals. The 58 yards were Cook's most since Week 1. He ranks second on the team in targets, catches and receiving yards. Among fellow tight ends, Cook ranks 20th in the league in catches and 16th in receiving yardage, making him a solid-but-not-great backup tight end. The fact that he remains scoreless through this point of the season prevents him from being a legitimate fantasy starter.

Rams' Jared Cook: Quiet in Baltimore

Cook caught four of the six passes thrown his way for 31 yards in Sunday's 16-13 loss to Baltimore. Cook's six targets led the team, but he failed to turn that attention into much significant production. He and fellow tight end Lance Kendricks finished as St. Louis' top two receivers on the afternoon, and the two continue to siphon value away from each other.

Rams' Jared Cook: Catches a pair of passes Sunday

Cook made two receptions for 35 yards Sunday as the Rams fell to the Bears 37-13. In the last seven games, Cook has totaled 12 catches for 158 yards and has taken himself out of even the deepest fantasy league considerations. The St. Louis offense has been awful as of late, and while Cook may bust out for a big game sometime in the second half of the season, it will not happen consistently.

Rams' Jared Cook: Only one catch against Minnesota

Cook caught one of his three targets against the Vikings on Sunday for 10 yards. Cook has been a showcase for the inconsistency of St. Louis' offense this year, as the athletically gifted tight end can't seem to string together a good set of games. He still hasn't found the end zone and has not done enough to earn any sort of fantasy attention this season.

Rams' Jared Cook: Totals 57 yards against San Francisco

Cook snagged two passes off of three targets for 57 yards in Sunday's win over the 49ers. The 57 yards were Cook's most since Week 1. Despite ranking second in targets and catches on the Rams' bottom-ranked pass offense, Cook has not tallied more than three catches since Week 2 and has yet to score a touchdown this season. He does not put up the kind of numbers that would warrant inclusion on a fantasy roster. However, if he is traded in the coming days, a rumored possibility, his athletic gifts could shine in a more prolific passing offense.

Rams TE Jared Cook catches two balls in win against Browns

Rams tight end Jared Cook caught 2 of 4 targets for 19 yards Sunday against the Browns. The 6-foot-5 tight end still hasn't found the end zone this season, and St. Louis just doesn't throw the ball enough for him to hold significant value if he's not finding pay dirt. If a home matchup with the inept 49ers next week doesn't get Cook and the Rams passing offense going, it's hard to imagine anything will.

Rams TE Jared Cook has ine catch on six targets Sunday in loss

Rams tight end Jared Cook struggled in Sunday's 24-10 loss to Green Bay, only grabbing one of his six targets from quarterback Nick Foles. Foles was completely off his game on Sunday, which certainly affected Cook in a negative way. Even so, after a decent start to the year, Cook has only five catches for 37 yards in his last three games combined. He may bust out for another solid game or two the rest of the way, but those looking for a consistent option should look elsewhere.
