Avalanche's Duncan Siemens: Earns first recall of season

Siemens has been recalled from AHL San Antonio.

Siemens makes his first trip to the big club as the Avalanche prepare for the last four games of the season. The 23-year-old has just six points in 69 games for the AHL's Rampage, but he's also been something of a bruiser with 88 penalty minutes. He's projected to skate with Cody Goloubef for Tuesday's game against the Blackhawks.
