Perron scored a shorthanded goal and he finished with a plus-1 rating in Saturday's 3-0 win against the Coyotes.

Perron is up to 15 goals on the season, his best total since he lit the lamp 17 times in the 2014-15 campaign with the Oilers and Penguins. He is unlikely to eclipse the career-best 57 points he posted in 2013-14 in Edmonton, but he should be in the 45-point range by the end of the regular season, which would be the fourth-best mark of his career.
