Blues' Kevin Shattenkirk: Unlikely for Thursday

Head coach John Hitchcock indicated Wednesday that Shattenkirk (lower body) "probably will not play in Edmonton" against the Oilers, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Shattenkirk exited Tuesday's game with the lower-body issue, and it appears he's likely slated to miss at least one game. However, he hasn't been necessarily ruled out for the contest yet, and it seems likely that he'll be back sooner rather than later even if he can't go Thursday.
