Canucks' Alexander Edler: Nets power-play goal in loss

Edler scored a power-play goal and fired six shots on goal in Thursday's loss to the Senators.

It was a very active night for Edler, who logged 23:30 of ice time in the defeat. The 29-year-old, who has scored twice in his last three games, is up to four goals and seven points in 16 games on the season. He's logging heavy minutes, skating on the first power-play unit and is playing very sound defensively. Having been credited with 35 shots on goal and 18 PIM, Edler, who is also sporting an impressive plus-7 rating, has been an all-around fantasy asset thus far. Keep him rolling.
