Sbisa was placed on injured reserve Monday with an undisclosed injury, Jeff Paterson of TSN 1040 reports.
The exact nature of the injury is unclear at this point, but Sbisa had earlier been seen in a walking boot in the arena and it's believed he suffered the injury late in Friday's contest against the Coyotes. Coach Willie Desjardins indicated that the setback could be a serious one, saying "he'll be out longer" than just day-to-day.
