Coyotes' Kennedy Placed On Waivers

Kennedy was placed on waivers Friday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.Kennedy has not recorded a point this month despite playing in 11 games, so the Coyotes decided to go in a different direction for the time being. Kennedy is only on a one-year deal, so it's possible another team could pick him up off waivers.
