Devils' Nick Lappin: Called up to big club, will play Saturday

Lappin was called up from AHL Albany and will play Saturday in Boston, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.

After news that Andy Greene (personal) will sit out, Lappin was called up and placed in Saturday's lineup. Lappin has played 35 games in the NHL, albeit with only four goals and three assists. Naturally, the 24-year-old winger found more success with AHL Albany, scoring nine goals and notching 11 helpers over 24 games. His lack of NHL production and the fact that he's averaging only 11:55 of ice time are valid reasons to leave him out of fantasy lineups in almost any format
