Stoner (abdomen) could return to the lineup in one of the team's three remaining regular-season games, Eric Stephens of The Orange County Register reports.
Despite having last played Nov. 15, Stoner traveled with the team for their recent four-game road trip. A big, stay-at-home defenseman, Stoner doesn't offer much of anything from an offensive standpoint, but does make his way onto the scoresheet in the way of hits and blocked shots. Expect the Ducks to make a further update on Stoner's condition at some point this week.
