Flames' Brian Elliott: Turns away 25 shots in overtime loss

Elliott saved 25 of 27 shots during an overtime loss to the Islanders on Monday.

After allowing at least three goals in each of his previous five November starts (4.03 GAA), this was a step in the right direction for Elliott. He's being outplayed by Chad Johnson (7-4-1 record, .922 save percentage and 2.23 GAA), and Johnson might have already earned the lion's share of starts for the immediate future. Elliott's fantasy value is declining, and he's a risky start in all fantasy leagues until he proves otherwise.
