Flyers' Claude Giroux: Scratched Sunday

Giroux will be a healthy scratch for Sunday's game against the Islanders, Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Giroux will rest for Sunday's game for no reason other than to stay healthy for the playoffs. He will join Wayne Simmonds and Sean Couturier on the bench, opening u the spots to Scott Laughton, Jordan Weal and R.J. Umberger.
