McGinn was recalled from AHL Charlotte on Sunday.
McGinn's recall comes after fellow rookie Phil Di Giuseppe left Saturday's game with an upper-body injury. If Di Giuseppe isn't able to go Monday, expect McGinn to slot in to the Hurricanes lineup. In 14 games with Carolina this season, McGinn has just three points, though he has scored 10 goals and 19 points in 19 games for Charlotte.
